From my experience of working with business on long term I&D strategies, it is clear that the one key area that senior leaders continue to struggle with is inclusive leadership. I have consequently trained to become a coach and now, with a coaching style that is warm, purposeful, and vibrant, I work with leaders to develop their inclusive leadership skills with a focus on cultural intelligence, empathy and vulnerability.
